So the weather has been amazing for about 3 months now, not a cloud in the sky. So I arranged to meet Rebecca and Andrew at Stourhead, Dorset for their pre-wedding photoshoot. It's a little drive away from me but it was definitely worth the journey. Stourhead National Trust isn't somewhere I've been before and after doing some research I was super keen to get there and get some pre-wedding shots of these two. I planned to meet them around 4pm to get the best of the evening light coming across the lake, through the trees and over top of the greek temples.
There was only one issue, in classic British fashion the heavens opened when we arrived and it continued to pour for the whole shoot. But as the quote goes "Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain", Rebecca and Andrew definitely embraced this and got out there and we just had a laugh with the park almost to ourselves.
Can't wait to shoot their wedding in October at Barford Park, Wiltshire. It's going to be a blast!
